There were 18 States with around 200 participants and 27 Officials from all over the country. It is for the first time Odisha State took part in any National Savate Championship after getting trained and selected during 1st Odisha State Savate Championship at Bhubaneswar held in July 2018. These 08 Players had gone with a dream of creating a history of Savate for Odisha and they have proved themselves worthy of their own dedication and effort. No matter we had a small team in the Nationals but all the praise and eyes were only on these Odisha Players in the entire Nationals as they were technically and knowledge wise very strong among others said Ms. Sushmeet Kaur, Team Manager, SAO.

Now the History is already created as Savate Odisha has a cent percent record in this championship. All the 08 Participants have bagged medals as follows:
